Rhinoplasty aims to modify the structure of the nose in order to achieve a more harmonious and therefore more aesthetic face. The results are conditioned to the structure of the face and morphological characteristics of the nose.

Nose surgery involves changing the cartilage bone structure of the nose in order for the skin to adapt to this new mold and get the desired shape. It is not possible to create “prefab noses” , because each case is unique and needs a different solution. The surgery is performed through incisions that are practiced inside the nose in such a way that there is no visible external scar or in places practically imperceptible, like in the case of open rhinoplasty.

When the patient suffers breathing difficulty, a correction of the nasal septum is also necessary, this surgery procedure is called rhino-septoplasty. In the case of thickening, there are also several techniques, being the infiltration of the patient’s own fat one of the most common, by means of a lipotransfer.

In any case, it will always be the surgeon who, after an exhaustive examination and diagnosis, will explain what technique is most recommended for each case and the results that could be expected, being satisfactory in all cases.
